Good to know

Before you arrive
How do I book a site?

Call the office at 760-922-5350. We will tell you what is open, what fits your rig, and what it runs. You can also send a request through the form below and we will get back to you.

What are the office hours?

The office is open 8am to 5pm daily. The general store is open 8am to 5pm Sunday through Thursday and 8am to 6pm Friday and Saturday.

Why are weekly and monthly rates not listed?

Long-stay pricing depends on the site and the time of year, and seasonal rates move. Rather than post a number that goes stale, we would rather quote you the current one. Give us a call.

Can I launch my own boat?

Yes. We have a private ramp into a protected cove, and a launch pass is $20.

One thing worth knowing: the river runs on a weekly schedule. The water level drops Thursday night and comes back up Saturday morning, so plan your launch around that. Current conditions post daily on the USGS gauge for the Colorado River below Palo Verde Dam.

Is there tax on top of the rate?

Yes. The City of Blythe adds a 10% Transient Occupancy Tax to the total of your stay.

What comes with a park model?

Each unit has been refreshed with new flooring, furniture and paint. They sleep four comfortably, the kitchen is stocked, and towels and linens are provided. There is a three-night minimum and a $200 deposit at the time of reservation.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, The Cove is pet friendly. Keep your dog leashed on the property and clean up after them.

Is there WiFi?

Yes. A new park-wide system was installed in 2026 and is available to registered guests.
